Reservations & Bookings

Reservations can be made directly through our website, phone, or authorized travel partners.
A valid government ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driver’s License) is mandatory at check-in.
To confirm your booking, advance payment may be required depending on the selected rate plan.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must register at the front desk upon arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation if requested at least 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may attract one night’s retention charge.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and fellow guests.
Any damage to hotel property caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest’s account.
Illegal activities, possession of prohibited substances, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Noise levels should be kept at a minimum to respect the comfort of other guests.

Children & Extra Bed Policy

Children below 5 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra beds/rollaway beds are available on request at additional charges.
Maximum occupancy per room is defined by the category booked.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed in the property premises unless specified in special arrangements.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or online transfers.
Hotel Fotiya reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before check-in.
All rates are subject to applicable government taxes.

Liability Disclaimer

The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or reception locker facility.
The hotel will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, etc.).

Privacy & Security

Guest information is collected for reservation, check-in, and service purposes only.
We ensure confidentiality of all guest data as per applicable privacy laws.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
