At Hotel Fotiya Jaisalmer, we value your time and trust. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations for all guests.
Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not check in on the scheduled arrival date (“No-Show”) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Early Departure

In case a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the remaining nights as per the original booking.
Peak Season & Special Events

During peak season (festivals, holidays, or special events), cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

Advance deposits for group bookings or event reservations are non-refundable.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Transaction/processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
